Solution engineering Implement Optimizely CMS features Content Types Blocks Areas Visitor Groups personalization multi site multi language scheduling versioning and editor workflows
Front end integration Build Razor views components and integrate with modern front ends eg React Nextjs via REST Graph APIs ensure accessibility WCAG 21 AA and SEO best practices
Search content APIs Configure and use Optimizely Search Navigation Find and or Optimizely Graph for querying content taxonomy and personalization
Commerce nice to have optional Implement catalog pricing promotions carts checkout and payment shipping integrations on Optimizely Commerce Cloud
Performance reliability Optimize caching CDN usage image processing and database calls instrument telemetry drive page performance Core Web Vitals and error budgets
Security governance Apply auth NauthZ patterns OIDCSAML content approval workflows role based access and secure coding standards adhere to enterprise compliance
Collaboration Partner with POUXQA DevOps participate in backlog refinement estimation code reviews and release planning mentor midjunior engineers
Documentation handover Produce technical designs runbooks and component libraries enable smooth KT to operations support
Qualification
Required
7-10 years in .NET/.NET Core with 3-5 years hands on on Optimizely CMS (1-2 formerly Episerver)
Strong ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor, C#, DI/IoC, middleware, caching, solid understanding of Optimizely Content Repository, IContent, Content Types/Blocks, Content Areas, Display Options
Experience with Optimizely Search Navigation, Find or Optimizely Graph, and Visitor Groups personalization
Accessibility WCAG 2.1 AA, UX performance, SEO, metadata and sitemaps, analytics tagging
API design integration REST/JSON, familiarity with microservices and gateway patterns
Unit/integration testing, quality gates, static analysis, secure coding
Optimizely SaaS CMS (Content Cloud – SaaS), GraphQL, Content Modelling/Schema creation, C#, .NET Core, ReactJs/NextJs, APIs, and integration design
Preferred
Optimizely Commerce Cloud implementation experience, catalog pricing, promotions, checkout
Experimentation, Feature Management, Optimizely Full Stack, feature flags, A/B testing
Front end React, Next.js, TypeScript, design systems, server side rendering
Experience in Insurance/Financial Services domains (PC preferred)
Knowledge of AWS for adjacent systems/perf tuning and Cloudflare for edge performance
CICD on Optimizely DXP/Azure environment management, deployment slots, CDN/edge caching familiarity with Cloudflare/CDN concepts
