Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with club leaders and administrators
Lead ongoing check-ins, strategic planning calls, and renewal discussions
Drive product adoption and coach clients on best practices
Identify expansion opportunities and help grow existing accounts
Monitor account health and address risks early
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams
Keep internal systems up to date with key client activity and insights

Qualification

Required

2+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Implementation
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Technically curious and quick to learn new tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with great follow-through
Energized by solving problems and creating positive outcomes

Preferred

experience with youth sports or working with mission-driven orgs
