Providing claim support to Nissan dealers to ensure timely and accurate claim payment
Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, while acting with urgency regarding Nissan vehicles
Working collaboratively within various departments to develop strategies and plans to provide appropriate solutions to the customer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required
Excellent computer skills coupled with strong typing skills (45+ WPM)
Enhanced customer focused skills, willingness to engage in and address issues as they arise
Preferred
Strong work experience in customer service preferred
