Responsibilities
Design a quality framework suited for AI-first products, blending conventional testing with probabilistic evaluation
Define release standards, validation checkpoints, and escalation criteria across the build lifecycle
Create durable documentation (playbooks, workflows, quality metrics) that scales with the team
Establish clear handoff and validation processes for distributed development groups
Create evaluation approaches for generated outputs such as scripted content, conversational responses, and adaptive experiences
Develop methods to assess agent behavior including accuracy, safety, tone, and usefulness
Implement regression approaches where outputs vary but quality expectations remain stable
Partner with engineering to operationalize evaluation pipelines that may include automated checks and human review
Own end-to-end test automation across web experiences
Define testing approaches for service-based architectures and orchestration layers
Implement AI-assisted testing workflows where appropriate
Embed automated validation into build and deployment pipelines
Create internal tools that increase QA leverage and speed
Translate product intent into testable quality criteria
Work side-by-side with senior engineers to shift quality earlier in the process
Coordinate testing efforts across time zones with clear expectations and accountability
Participate in planning, refinement, and release decision-making
Qualification
Required
MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE USA WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP OR TRANSFER NOW OR IN THE FUTURE
5+ years in quality engineering or test leadership roles
Prior ownership of QA strategy, not just execution
Strong experience with modern browser-based automation frameworks
Hands-on testing of AI or ML-driven systems, with an understanding of non-deterministic behavior
Proficiency in a scripting or programming language used for automation and tooling
Experience validating APIs and distributed systems
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and cloud environments
History of building or significantly improving QA processes
Experience working with offshore or globally distributed teams
Demonstrated curiosity around AI-augmented workflows
Preferred
Remote - Dallas Metroplex preferred
