Responsibilities

Analyze organic search performance across websites and digital properties using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms
Monitor KPIs including traffic trends, keyword performance, click-through rates, engagement, and conversion metrics
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track performance, anomalies, and growth opportunities
Present findings and insights to marketing and leadership teams in a clear, concise manner
Conduct in-depth keyword research and search trend analysis to understand consumer demand and market behavior
Analyze competitor performance, visibility, and content strategies to identify gaps and opportunities
Evaluate brand presence in search results and provide recommendations to improve authority and positioning
Identify on-page, content, and technical optimization opportunities based on data findings
Support A/B testing and performance experiments related to content structure, metadata, and search features
Measure the impact of SEO initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on results
Partner with marketing, content, and web teams to translate analytical insights into actionable improvements
Provide data-backed guidance on content priorities, site structure, and optimization efforts
Ensure SEO recommendations align with overall business goals and brand standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of SEO, digital analytics, or performance marketing experience
Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO analysis tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets

Preferred

Experience building dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or statistical analysis
Experience in consumer goods, food, pet, or e-commerce industries
