Responsibilities
Manage workflows from inception through completion for contract and vendor related initiatives
Review contracts and extract key terms, dates, and metadata
Migrate legacy contract data into a contract lifecycle management system
Migrate and validate legacy vendor spend data
Ensure contract and spend data accuracy for reporting and audit purposes
Communicate with vendors and internal business owners to gather missing or incomplete information
Support vendor due diligence activities and data migration into a new system
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies related to system migration efforts
Follow and help document step by step processes and instructions
Work closely with system administrators and cross functional team members
Balance ongoing operational tasks with project coordination responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Experience working with contracts, contract administration, or contract lifecycle management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage assigned work without close supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
Comfort working across multiple systems and tools
Preferred
Experience with contract lifecycle management or vendor systems such as Ironclad, Oracle, or LockPath is helpful but not required
Experience in procurement or vendor management is a plus
Mortgage or other regulated industry experience is a plus but not required
Project coordination or light project management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant work experience
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred
