Front Office Coordinator/Recruiting Assistant
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Front Office Coordinator/Recruiting Assistant who will be the face of the company, providing excellent service to clients and candidates. This role involves greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and assisting with clerical duties and scheduling for the team.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers, vendors, and other visitors
Ensure the front desk has coverage at all times
Clerical duties including filing and data entry projects as directed by leadership staff
Updating and maintaining of client files
Monitor office and lunchroom supplies and placing orders when needed
Seeking out candidates
Setting up appointments
Maintaining schedules for leadership and sales staff as needed
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize numerous urgent responsibilities
Must be detail oriented and have a sense of urgency while working in a team environment
Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to candidates and clients
Preferred
Office experience preferred - computer skills required
