Responsibilities
Design electrical system diagrams, including wiring harnesses
Route harnesses and place electronic modules collaboratively with engineers
Build, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring and modules
Program embedded modules (logical visual programming language)
Troubleshoot electrical prototypes for functional deviations
Test electronics using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, protocol analyzers, and power supplies
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
Adjust, replace, or repair defective components
Maintain records of testing and modifications
Stay updated with new tools/software via training or conferences
Work from wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and specifications
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on installations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
5-7+ years in electronics system integration, troubleshooting, and testing
Hands-on experience with wiring harnesses (IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards)
Knowledge of electronics wire routing and basic mechanical assembly
Experience using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, protocol analyzers, and power supplies
CAD/circuit design experience
Embedded module programming (logical visual programming language)
Basic office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar)
Hand tools and soldering iron
