Responsibilities
Work closely with senior leaders to learn how to manage and motivate a team effectively
Help train and mentor new team members, ensuring they understand sales goals, charity initiatives, and company expectations
Assist in planning and executing brand-awareness campaigns to promote our charitable partnerships
Help ensure customers understand how their purchases are contributing to social causes, building strong relationships between the brand, customers, and charitable organizations
Track and report on team and individual sales performance
Collaborate with senior managers to analyze sales data, make strategic adjustments, and identify areas for improvement
Assist in driving brand visibility through the execution of targeted initiatives and campaigns that support both business goals and community outreach efforts
Work alongside senior management to help refine long-term business strategies, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission of making a meaningful social impact while driving sales
