Calibration Account Coordinator
Responsibilities
Schedule meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Sales Team
Stay up to date on new products, services, and pricing/payment plans
Create and send sales quotes to customers and prospective clients
Collaborate with the Accounting Team when customer purchase orders are received
Coordinate with Accounting to determine invoicing requirements and resolve and invoicing concerns with customers
Manage inbound and outbound requests for sales quotes
Handle outbound quote requests to partners and third-party suppliers
Coordinate and manage annual calibration and service contracts
Verify that invoices align with client POs and expectations
Perform additional responsibilities based on experience and growth
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Preferred
Previous experience in sales preferred
Experience in an ISO and/or FDA regulated industry preferred
Understanding of sales performance metrics preferred
Computer literacy, including proficiency with word processing, ERP and CRM applications
Salesforce & Business Central/NAV experience preferred
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
