They are seeking a CPA-credentialed Accounting Manager to lead technical accounting analysis, oversee complex revenue recognition, and support financial reporting across a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead technical accounting analysis and application under US GAAP
Oversee complex revenue recognition, including long-term project accounting and POC
Support and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Research and implement new accounting guidance, documenting conclusions clearly
Support acquisition activity including opening balance sheets, integrations, and purchase accounting
Partner with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and filings
Help establish consistent accounting policies, controls, and best practices
Support consolidation and executive-level reporting
Manage and mentor an Accounting Analyst, with the opportunity to scale the team
Assist with ongoing financial systems enhancements and reporting tools

Required

Active CPA license required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong technical accounting expertise under US GAAP
Public accounting background required; industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with construction accounting and POC preferred, or demonstrated ability to learn and apply complex standards quickly
Advanced Excel skills

Multi-entity or consolidated reporting environments

Prior people leadership experience
