Handling monthly AIA invoicing and T&M billings
Recording all invoices across Accounts Receivable
Processing project change orders and confirming revised contract totals
Overseeing AR follow-up and cash application, including collections, resolving payment issues, and preparing bank deposits
Qualification
Required
Strong Accounts Receivable and billing experience
Understanding of monthly billing processes; AIA billing experience is a plus
Preferred
Construction industry experience is preferred but not required
