Responsibilities
Ensure software products meet established quality standards through rigorous testing and documentation
Adhere to defined quality processes and standards throughout the development lifecycle
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to enforce quality procedures
Train team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices
Manage and track quality aspects of project deliverables
Contribute to continuous improvement of software quality processes
Training & Process Compliance
Software Project Deliverables
Process and review software-related deliverables including:
Software Test Cases
Product Problem Reports
Design Documentation
Maintenance & Diagnostic Procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or software engineering
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies
Proficiency in writing and executing test cases
Experience with defect tracking tools and documentation standards
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience with automated testing tools
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with regulatory compliance or industry-specific quality standards
