Responsibilities
Play a key role in the continued build-out of the platform
Be deeply involved in new strategy and vehicle design, reviewing fund structures, governing documents, and regulatory filings
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency across accounting, reporting, and operational frameworks
Act as a subject-matter expert for private credit, reviewing monthly NAVs and financial statements
Diagnose issues when they arise and provide senior-level judgement on complex accounting or reporting matters
Engage at a senior level and contribute to growth and change rather than simply running BAU processes
Broaden exposure across the organization and rotate into other areas as the platform continues to expand
Qualification
Required
8+ years of private credit fund accounting experience, ideally with both Big 4/Top 10 public accounting and in-house private credit exposure
A technically strong CPA who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
A professional comfortable diagnosing issues, applying judgement, and seeing the bigger picture rather than executing tasks
