They are seeking a Head of HR to build and lead the People function stateside and play a key role in shaping culture, teams, and growth from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Setting up and leading the US People function from scratch, aligned with global standards but tailored to the US market
Supporting new site openings with workforce planning, pre-opening hiring, and onboarding
Owning talent acquisition across management and hourly roles
Leading HR operations including compliance, policies, payroll coordination, and HRIS accuracy
Acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders on performance, engagement, and employee relations
Embedding culture, engagement initiatives, and development pathways as the business scales
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years of HR experience in the US
Experience within the hospitality, F&B or retail sectors
Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance
Experience supporting new openings and rapid operational ramp-up
Confident handling employee relations and coaching managers in a frontline environment
A pragmatic, sleeves-rolled-up People leader who's comfortable building as they go
