Responsibilities
Work with client site teams (engineering, IT) and Corporate operations IT team to create repository of manufacturing systems assets at L1, L2 and L3 layers of ISA 95
Analyze and Document systems versions, OS and DB versions, identify obsolescence, existing cyber protection tools
Analyze and Document patching strategies
Analyze and Document current state of MCN segmentation
Identify vulnerabilities, gaps and risks by sites or by type of manufacturing as appropriate
Arriving at a future strategy and future technology state
This will be a highly collaborative role working with multiple customer/internal stake holders
Defining a program plan with implementation cost and schedule
Qualification
Required
The position requires a experienced OT cyber security analyst in a regulated industry
Experience in assessing the current system landscape with respect to security including OS versions, network topology, protection mechanisms
Experience in providing a road map to ensure right security strategy is implemented including suggesting type of technologies to be used, network design etc
Experience in project/program management, to plan and schedule activities, identifying risks/mitigation and drive the project
Preferred
Experience in regulated industries, preferably in Pharma. Knowledge on different OT systems and its security architecture
Understanding of Network topologies, segmentation, monitoring, intrusion detection, back & restore methods
