This role focuses on modernizing legacy systems and requires an architect who thrives in complex environments, driving thoughtful and future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead application architecture for front-end and back-end modernization initiatives
Drive modernization of internal employee-facing mobile applications
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure services
Partner with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to align architecture and execution
Create and present architectural artifacts to Architecture Review Boards
Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), system specifications, and C4 diagrams
Provide technical leadership across additional large-scale enterprise modernization efforts
Turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable architectural plans

Required

Proven Application Architect with recent experience in the Microsoft / Azure stack
Proven track record of application/system modernization in the .NET / Azure ecosystem
Strong hands-on experience with: C# / .NET
Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
Demonstrated system and application architecture design experience
Mobile application experience required
Experience creating and presenting architectural documentation (ADRs, specs, C4 models)
Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred

MAUI experience
Prior Xamarin-to-MAUI migration experience
Experience working in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
