Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution for Asset Management of the properties, including the investment business plans
Oversee all asset management, operations, contracts/leasing, property management, operating budgets, and capital expenditures
Be heavily involved in the capital markets aspects of acquisitions and dispositions including lender and investor relationships

Required

10-15 years of proven asset management, operations, and capital markets experience in commercial real estate
Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred, law degree a plus), specializing in Business and Finance
Experience in a variety of value-add asset management across asset types
Track record of business plan development, execution and value creation across multiple commercial and residential asset classes
Effective leader with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients/partners and sellers/buyers of real estate as well as direct reports
Working knowledge of leasing, accounting, development, and operations of projects

Preferred

master's degree preferred
law degree a plus
