Chief Financial Officer
MasVida Health Care Solutions is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct and oversee the financial activities of the company. The CFO will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and will be responsible for assessing the organization's financial performance with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all aspects of accounting operations, including transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting
Clean up of current financials and reporting
Create build-out of FP&A function
Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems, ensuring records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Analyze and develop costing strategies and metrics
Manage finance, accounting department employees
Analyze financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior leadership
Participate in the implementation of BI systems and develop analytic reports, dashboards, and queries to support functional management
Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs
Assist senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking
Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Coordinate and/or prepare tax schedules, returns, and information
Assist in managing insurance providers and renewing insurance policies
Manage cash flow
Interact with Brixey & Meyer Capital to report on financials and updates as needed
Perform other finance and administrative duties as required
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with 2+ years of management experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time
Strong management and leadership capability
Preferred
Experience working in a growing service company and PE backed environment strongly preferred
