Project Control Analyst
PTS Advance is seeking an onsite Project Controls Analyst to support construction of large-scale power and renewable energy projects in Texas. The role involves maintaining project schedules, tracking performance, and contributing to cost and labor forecasting while collaborating closely with construction teams.

Responsibilities
Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of the project master schedule using Primavera P6
Tracking schedule progress, performance, and variances and helping translate data into clear project insights
Assisting with productivity analysis, schedule updates, and impact evaluations
Supporting cost and labor forecasting and understanding how field performance drives project outcomes
Maintaining quantity tracking and progress reporting from the field
Supporting payroll and project databases with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Contributing to proposal and preconstruction planning, including Level 1 schedules and manpower curves
Assisting with QA and QC reviews and audit readiness
Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for manpower, payroll, and safety reporting
Reviewing project documentation to identify potential risks and schedule or cost impacts
Qualification
Required
Approximately three or more years of project controls or scheduling experience within power generation, renewables, industrial, or EPC environments
Experience supporting active construction projects in the field
Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and construction sequencing
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field and office teams
A desire to continue developing technical and analytical project controls skills
Preferred
Power BI experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
