Business Analyst
Ampstek is a global IT solutions partner serving clients across multiple regions. They are seeking a Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements while supporting Agile processes.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Understand sourcing, buying, procurement, and supplier management workflows
Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and process mapping
Create detailed artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams
Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment before development begins
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and proactively drive resolution
Ensure traceability of requirements across design, development, testing, and deployment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or technical projects
Domain knowledge in sourcing, procurement, buying, supply chain, or vendor management is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional global stakeholders
Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs, integrations, or system workflows is a plus
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro/Lucidchart, or similar
