Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Build and integrate solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and support system integrations
Manage solutions, environments, and follow ALM best practices
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Hands-on experience with Power Platform
Experience with Azure integrations and API-based development
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer certification
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Knowledge of security roles, field-level security, and environment management
Familiarity with SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS
