Responsibilities
Perform daily technical support for agency mobile devices including, but not limited to, troubleshooting and technical end user support, inventory management, Mobile Device Management, Device and software rollouts and Device Upgrades and OS updates
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full time Mobile Device Technician Support role supporting Android iOS devices including Mobile Hotspot Devices
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full time Mobile Device Inventory Management
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in full time Mobile Device Management Software
Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards, and state-of-the art insight into all aspects of Mobile Devices
A High School diploma and 1.5 years of experience performing the foregoing functions
Preferred
Experience working on projects in the public sector and/or related to public assistance programs
