Responsibilities
Engage directly with potential guests via phone, email, and digital channels to understand their needs and match them with the perfect Century Cruises experience
Consistently follow up with new leads within 48 hours to maximize booking opportunities
Achieve daily activity targets, such as:
100 outbound dials, or
3 hours of talk time, or
2 new reservations per day
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint, upholding Century’s reputation for excellence
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless booking and post-booking experience
Stay informed about cruise itineraries, promotions, and company updates to confidently and accurately inform guests
Provide feedback to sales leadership regarding trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
2+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in a consumer-focused, luxury, or travel-related industry
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury goods sales
Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce customer journeys
Passion for delivering memorable experiences and exceeding guest expectations
