Elderly Information Specialist

MOHR Talent is seeking an Elderly Information Specialist who will assist older adults and their families in navigating services. The role involves answering calls, collecting information, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

Answer 40–60 inbound calls daily from older adults and their caregivers
Collect and verify demographic and insurance information
Accurately enter data into our client services database
Provide information about services and community resources
Refer clients to appropriate internal departments for further support
Act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers

Required

Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
Experience with Medicaid and Medicare processes
2+ years of experience in call center settings
Strong communication skills with an empathetic and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
