Commercial Account Manager

They are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts, serve as a trusted advisor to business clients, and ensure their insurance needs are met with care and expertise.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of commercial insurance clients
Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, including marketing, quoting, and negotiating terms with carriers
Handle day-to-day client inquiries, requests, and policy endorsements with accuracy and timeliness
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products to enhance client coverage
Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency management system
Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products to provide expert advice to clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a closely related field
Possession of a Kansas Property & Casualty License is strongly preferred. But, we can help you with obtaining it
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly
Proficiency in agency management systems (AMS) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support
