Responsibilities

Perform projects under the direction of the VP of Legal and other attorneys in support of their respective functions, including:
Reviewing, summarizing, and drafting recommendations
Conducting legal research and reporting on findings through written work product
Reviewing, updating, and organizing materials legal and compliance materials
Supporting special projects and other legal assignments

Required

College student pursuing degree in an applicable field of study
Must be available for the duration of the program

Must be able to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment
Excellent follow-up and attention to detail
