Responsibilities

Perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties
Collaborate with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps, and opportunities according to their discipline in each user experience
Build and develop the UX team's knowledge and skill set and best practices
Create interactive prototypes that demonstrate iOS and Android patterns, leveraging existing components, and building new mobile-specific patterns and components for cohesive experiences
Balance user research, business objectives, and platform constraints while proactively identifying improvements that elevate app quality and consistency across iOS and Android
Independently manage priorities and deadlines while maintaining brand alignment across mobile touchpoints
