Senior Manager, Stakeholder Engagement
Texas811 is dedicated to advancing the organization’s damage-prevention mission, and they are seeking a Senior Manager, Stakeholder Engagement. This role is responsible for designing and executing operating systems for stakeholder engagement, leading team development, and ensuring high-quality experiences for stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously refine the Stakeholder Engagement operating model, including workflows, cadences, handoffs, and escalation paths
Own the end-to-end stakeholder journey framework, ensuring journey maps, segmentation models, and engagement plays are actionable and used consistently
Establish clear execution rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that connect strategy, frontline activity, and measurable outcomes
Ensure work is documented, repeatable, and resilient to growth, turnover, or organizational change
Define and operationalize success metrics including SLAs, utilization metrics, engagement health indicators, and adoption benchmarks
Build performance dashboards and reporting routines that enable proactive intervention rather than reactive support
Use data to identify friction points, risks, and opportunities for improved stakeholder outcomes and internal efficiency
Partner with the Director to translate insights into strategic recommendations and prioritization decisions
Build team capability in relationship management, proactive engagement, and disciplined execution
Model strong execution habits, accountability, and decision-making clarity
Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and stakeholder advocacy
Oversee engagement strategies for high-value members, excavators, and Vendor States, ensuring consistent, high-quality experience delivery
Personally engage in complex or high-impact situations where operational leadership or cross-functional coordination is required
Ensure smooth post-Business Development onboarding and sustained adoption of secondary services, such as Guardian, Intervention, Update Filtering, and Risk Analytics
Act as the primary operational liaison between Stakeholder Engagement and internal teams (Technology, Data, Damage Prevention, Operations)
Ensure issues are resolved at the appropriate level, with disciplined escalation only when necessary
Support the Director of Client Engagement by ensuring strategy is executable and feedback loops are closed
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, customer success, stakeholder engagement, or service delivery
Proven track record of designing and scaling operating systems, not just managing people or accounts
Demonstrated success leading and developing teams, including frontline or specialist roles
Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments where execution quality directly impacts outcomes
