Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst
Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst for a large, well-established organization operating in a complex, international supply chain environment. This role involves ensuring accurate order execution, regulatory compliance, and data-driven reporting while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Execute order entry and fulfillment activities in SAP, including availability, credit, and delivery checks
Manage export order processing, invoicing, goods issue, and documentation in compliance with SOX requirements
Review commercial invoices and export documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance
Analyze and verify AES data elements and generate audit-ready export and operational reports
Create picking tickets, bills of lading, certificates of analysis, and proforma invoices as needed
Coordinate with logistics, sales, credit, pricing, and freight forwarders to resolve order or invoice discrepancies
Maintain and update customer master data in SAP and support new customer setup
Reconcile month-end inventory and provide reports to operations accounting on established timelines
Support internal customers by providing technical documentation and order status updates
Ensure compliance with domestic and foreign trade laws and escalate risks impacting service or profitability
Provide backup coverage for assigned accounts and participate in team-based workflow continuity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
2+ years of supply chain, order management, or export operations experience; high GPA and relevant projects considered for recent graduates
Proficiency in SAP SD and MM modules with at least 2 years of hands-on use
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting; Excel assessment required
Experience with international export processes and documentation
Knowledge of U.S. export laws and regulations; export compliance or forwarding experience preferred
Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to analyze complex data, manage multiple priorities, and meet demanding deadlines
