Document your work with clarity – notes, diagrams, and photos that support team efficiency and future visits
Inspect and guarantee all work meets the highest safety standards and company expectations
Spot opportunities to recommend helpful upgrades and services (no pushy sales – just solutions!)
Collaborate with teammates and coordinate seamlessly using tools like ServiceTitan
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand tools with confidence
Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication instincts
An organized, positive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Experience in garage door systems is a plus – but we'll train the right go-getter
