Engineer II (Mid–Senior Engineer)

Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: Design and implement robust backend services in Golang and develop dynamic frontend components using React (including OneApp-based applications)
Cloud-Native Engineering: Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes , ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, XLR)
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the delivery of assigned features from initial design through GA, maintaining accountability for functional requirements and post-launch optimization
Systems Design & Data Modeling: Implement scalable data models and schemas, making informed decisions on storage usage and data flow patterns
Reliability & Observability: Instrument services with advanced logging, metrics, and alerts. Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement
Quality Engineering: Maintain high standards through automated unit, integration, and regression testing, while identifying and remediating stability risks
Collaborative Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers through code reviews and pairing, while contributing to architectural design artifacts and runbooks
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of professional software engineering experience in a high-scale environment
Advanced proficiency in Golang and a solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
Strong experience with React and modern frontend state management
Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, and automated CI/CD workflows
Ability to translate complex architectural designs into reliable, production-ready implementations independently
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
