This role involves owning MDM architecture and modernization efforts, transitioning from a MarkLogic-based solution to a scalable, AI-enabled MDM ecosystem.

Lead As-Is → To-Be MDM assessment and roadmap
Design enterprise Customer / Party-centric MDM architecture
Modernize MDM using AI-enabled matching, entity resolution, and survivorship
Define and lead execution of platform migration or modernization
Partner with data platform, analytics, and business teams
Act as MDM thought leader across the organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years in data architecture, with deep MDM specialization (look for tools like MarkLogic, Informatica MDM, Reltio, TAmr, IBM Infosphere MDM, Semarchy, Stibo)
Led enterprise-scale MDM implementations (not departmental)
Strong experience mastering Customer / Party data
Insurance or financial services background (Property & Casualty is a plus)
Experience assessing and modernizing legacy or home-grown MDM solutions
Ability to define architecture, roadmap, and execution approach
