Responsibilities
Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You’ll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict
Engaging with Clients: You’ll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process
Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You’ll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies
Advocating in Trials: You’ll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation
Active and in good standing with the local State Bar
Extensive jury trial experience
Deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
At least 5+ first chair trial verdicts
Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members
Preferred
5-8 years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation
Multiple state bar admissions
10+ first chair jury verdicts
