Branch Manager

They are currently hiring a Full Time Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage staff, and drive business development while ensuring exceptional service for members.

Responsibilities
Grow market share of loans and deposits
Conduct business development activities that help form and expand member relationships
Represent Langley in the community at civic and professional events
Drive branch results that align with the achievement of Success Sharing goals
Support and coach the sales and service culture at all times by providing individual and team coaching weekly and monthly
Supervise operational and administrative activities to include payroll, scheduling, balancing, opening, and closing activities
Deliver on-going feedback on staff performance and development
Foster teamwork by professionally interacting with peers, supervisors and other Langley employees
Actively participate in cross departmental collaboration to ensure effective and efficient communication
Participate in ongoing evaluation of processes and procedures to ensure the member experience is met
Assist in the development and implementation of cross departmental initiatives improving efficiencies and processes throughout the Credit Union
Process consumer loan products and services ensuring compliance with Federal Regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures to include personal, auto, home equity line of credit, and credit cards
Process all types of transactions for members including, balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan advances, account opening, and all other requests
Complies with all Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of experience in a financial institution or sales or service experience advising customers when choosing between options, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Four years of financial institution experience is required
Two years of supervisory experience required
Employees in this position are required to obtain and maintain a valid Notary Public commission within six (6) months of their hire date as a condition of continued employment
