Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions (Incident, Request, Problem, Change)
Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Develop custom workflows, business rules, and scripted REST APIs
Collaborate with platform owners, process owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines
Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of the platform
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on ITSM and Integrations
Proven experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs
Experience working in agile/sprint-based delivery models
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
ServiceNow Development: 4 years (Required)
ITSM: 1 year (Required)
API Integrations: 1 year (Required)
Agile: 1 year (Required)
