General Clerk III
Akytech Consulting LLC is seeking a General Clerk III to provide administrative and clerical support at the Medical Education and Training Campus. The role involves data management, visitor access control, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Responsibilities
Perform administrative/clerical functions requiring input and retrieval of data in/from various information technology support systems
Prepare a variety of special, complex, or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, charts, and statistics from a variety of sources as requested
Establish and maintain daily logs, which will be submitted electronically to the METC OPS Division Managers and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) by close of the business day
Protect the confidentiality of records/logs and mark appropriately when necessary
Provide access control for a front desk to include reviewing visit requests, issuing badges, programming badges, creating badges, and inputting visits into the visitor management system
Receive all incoming personnel
Answer assigned facility phone calls and record them on the daily activity log
Determine the nature of facility requests and refer personnel to appropriate staff, support, and class locations across the campus
Assist visitors and callers when routine procedural matters are involved
Verify credentials and use sign-in procedures, visitor badges, and escorts
Prepare reports and incident logs and complete other record-keeping as required
Complete and track work orders
Request information needed from other offices for periodic or special reports, inquiries, etc
Assist with tracking and documenting material, publications, and equipment
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED certificate is required
Contractor personnel shall have a minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
Contractor personnel must be effective communicators (oral and written) and can work professionally with individuals, diverse groups, and the public
The METC Work environment is physically demanding, and contractor personnel may be regularly required to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 80% of the time)
Contractor personnel may be tasked/required to move in and about the METC Campus (1.5 million square feet) for administrative support functions
Do you have administrative/clerical support experience working in a Federal Government or DoD/Military environment?
High school or equivalent (Required)
Administrative assistant : 5 years (Required)
