Responsibilities

Installing and maintaining Data Center hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, storage and servers (both blade and rack mount)
Experience with circuit support and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Mainframe environment and connectivity a plus
Configuring Management interfaces (iDRAC, iLO, CIMC) and supporting infrastructure with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues
Configuring Network ports and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Scripting is a plus
Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management tools
Experience with Project Management methodology and best practices
Supports a 7 by 24 Global Data Center environment with an on-call rotation in addition to coordinated after-hour work as needed
Experience with equipment installation & connectivity
Initial Management & Console connectivity configuration to bring equipment online

Required

1 to 3 years of overall IT experience in installing and maintaining Data Center hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, storage and servers (both blade and rack mount)
