Responsibilities
Develop full stack features using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies to enhance Gametime's Conversational AI Search experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features
Prototype and iterate on intelligent systems that leverage large language models (LLMs) for user-facing and internal tooling
Monitor and troubleshoot deployed services to ensure performance, reliability, and accuracy in real-world environments
Document technical decisions and share learnings with the broader engineering organization
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to support a fast-paced product cycle
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with exposure to frameworks like React
Exposure to developing RESTful APIs and backend services using languages such as Golang, Node.js, or Python
Understanding of NoSQL databases (Mongo, OpenSearch) for storing and retrieving application data
Comfort with using GIT, IDEs, AWS, Docker, command line tools, and debugging utilities to support development workflows
Ability to effectively work with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver project goals
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; receptive to feedback and team input
Demonstrates strong critical thinking when debugging issues or designing new features
Identifies potential obstacles early and communicates proactively with mentors or peers to resolve them
