Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in litigation, including trial and appellate advocacy, preferably in medical or healthcare-focused cases
Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and drafting complex legal documents
Keen analytical and critical thinking abilities to develop and execute case strategies effectively
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for client management and court presentations
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple cases
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Connecticut Bar; admission to the New York Bar is a plus
Commitment to ethical conduct and client-focused representation
Preferred
Experience in mentoring junior attorneys is an advantage
