LTAMDS OSC Growth and Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives to expand capacity within the LTAMDS supply base and Raytheon factories to meet growing global demand, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and IPT teams to design and implement a make-buy-where strategy, addressing factory capacity constraints and optimizing radar production costs by qualifying suppliers and enhancing factory capabilities
Develop and implement an affordability strategy aligned with customer expectations, focusing on reducing the combined lead time for supplier and in-house production of the LTAMDS radar
Foster talent growth through meaningful performance evaluations and career development discussions
Lead by example, cultivating a culture rooted in trust, respect, accountability, speed, collaboration, and innovation
Maintain clear and effective communication with leadership across OSC and the LTAMDS/GhostEye SSBU to ensure alignment and execution of goals

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Manufacturing and / or supply chain experience
Ability to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience leading personnel and teams in matrixed organizations as a collaborative leader that shares program information and requirements to enable success
Experience interfacing with external customers and all levels of internal management
Good interpersonal skills to influence and manage cross functional tasks
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Experience with Six Sigma/CORE tools and applications
Experience leading teams in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives
