Data Analyst, Revenue Operations
GlossGenius is building an ecosystem that enables entrepreneurs to succeed. As a Data Analyst on the Revenue Operations team, you will serve as the analytical backbone for the sales organization, responsible for maintaining data integrity, building performance dashboards, and uncovering insights to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Own CRM data governance by performing regular audits of HubSpot to identify data integrity issues including missing fields, incorrect opportunity stages, and stale deals that require attention
Monitor lead routing logic and systems to ensure no revenue opportunities are lost due to technical or process failures
Partner with Sales Operations to document and maintain data flows between our sales tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between tools like Gong, HubSpot, and other platforms
Build and maintain critical sales performance dashboards tracking daily activity metrics, pipeline health, win rates, and other KPIs that inform team standup meetings
Support Revenue Operations leadership in preparing data and insights for monthly business reviews (MBRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and board presentations
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions such as lead source performance, sales cycle trends, discount patterns by rep, and deal progression bottlenecks
Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives by tracking metrics like training completion rates, behavior change, and performance impact (e.g., whether negotiation training correlates with higher ASP)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, consulting or a related analytical role
Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, nested functions, pivot tables, and data visualization
Advanced knowledge of SQL
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot (Admin certification is a strong plus)
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move beyond reporting to provide actionable business recommendations
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
