Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units (Commercial, Clinical, Compliance) to document MDM requirements
Conduct workshops and interviews to understand data mastering and consumption patterns
Define and optimize DCR workflows, approval hierarchies, SLA tracking, and exception handling
Align DCR processes with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., IDMP, GDPR)
Identify and address data quality, duplication, and integrity issues
Partner with data stewards and governance teams for cleansing and matching strategies
Partner with MDM developers and integration teams to validate data models, API mappings, and entity relationships
Support UAT and regression testing by defining test cases and validating business logic
Maintain process flows, use cases, and conceptual data models
Provide leadership updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans

Required

5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in MDM or enterprise data projects
Hands-on exposure to Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar platforms
Familiarity with data governance, stewardship, and quality frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience in biopharma, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred
Certification in Informatica MDM or Reltio MDM
Understanding of IDMP, HL7, or other healthcare data standards
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio for documentation
