Responsibilities
Define and own the long-term AI strategy aligned with company and product objectives
Lead the development of AI-driven capabilities across the investment lifecycle (deal sourcing, diligence, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, risk analysis, and reporting)
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to integrate AI into scalable, production-ready systems
Oversee model development, evaluation, and deployment, including LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling, and embeddings
Build and scale a high-performing AI / ML team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience across AI, machine learning, or applied data science
Prior leadership experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment
Demonstrated success taking AI products from concept to production
Strong familiarity with modern AI and ML stacks and cloud-based infrastructure
Strategic yet hands-on technical leader
Preferred
Fintech, investment technology, or B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
Exposure to private markets (PE, VC, private credit, real assets) is a plus
