Perform the role of customer relationship manager for a specific region
Manage quote requests in a timely manner
Manage and execute orders and invoices in a timely manner
Communicate with partner dealers
Manage the collection of deposits and final payments
Manage and update our ERP system as needed
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Coach and mentor team members
Qualification
Required
Must have experience in Office Furniture Sales
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a big plus!
Ability to adapt to a changing industry and fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree
5-10 years experience in the office furniture or related industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
