Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products and services
Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and building client relationships
Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage principles
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Licensure in applicable insurance lines (or willingness to obtain licensing)
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
