Responsibilities
Assist in preparing annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and long‑term financial strategies
Collect and analyze data to support government pricing proposals and periodic reporting
Deliver financial summaries, variance analyses, and presentations for leadership reviews
Manage monthly close activities including reporting, project setup, and order validation
Monitor weekly revenue and cost estimates, highlighting risks and opportunities
Upload financial statements, cash budgets, and forecast scenarios into enterprise planning systems (Hyperion)
Document and implement standard procedures to strengthen financial processes
Partner with Accounting to maintain effective internal controls
Coordinate financial, governmental, and compliance audits
Lead finance‑related projects and collaborate across functions to resolve issues
Compile and present complex statistical, accounting, and financial data in clear reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Financial Analyst
Must meet U.S. export control requirements (U.S. Person status or eligible for government license approval)
Preferred
Master's degree in a related discipline
Experience in government contracting
Professional certifications (CPCM, CFCM, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP
Background in aerospace and defense industry
Strong skills in influence, negotiation, and change management
Familiarity with U.S. Export Control Laws (ITAR, EAR)
