TetriQ Solutions is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting various devices and software, as well as supporting network and hardware issues.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT technical support to end users
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and Surface Pro devices
Support MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, and encryption tools
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware
Support printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals
Work in an Active Directory domain environment (password resets, user access)
Perform basic network troubleshooting using command-line tools
Qualification
Required
Desktop / IT Technical Support experience
Active Directory support
Office 365 & VPN troubleshooting
Hardware and peripheral support
Basic networking knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills
