Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources is a senior strategic leader responsible for aligning enterprise HR strategy with business priorities and driving workforce strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide change.
Responsibilities
Align enterprise HR strategy with business priorities across a complex, matrixed organization
Partner closely with executive leadership and HR Centers of Expertise to drive workforce strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide change
Shape organizational culture, strengthen talent capabilities, and ensure inclusive HR strategies are embedded into daily operations and long-term execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree Human Resources Business Administration or related field
8-10 years in Human Resources in a large-scale multi-site matrixed organization
Must have served in specialist roles such as HR Business Partner Generalist Employee Relations
5-7 years of management experience
In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of talent acquisition talent management compensation benefits labor and associate relations law and HR technology
Proven track record of strategic HRBP leadership talent management and organizational development in similar sized organizations
Preferred
Master's degree Human Resources Business Administration or related field
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification
