Responsibilities
Manage complex cases and develop litigation strategy from early evaluation through resolution
Provide legal advice to clients and deliver practical, business-minded guidance
Conduct thorough legal research and apply findings to case themes and negotiation posture
Draft and review pleadings, motions, demand letters, settlement agreements, and related filings
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and conferences as needed
Negotiate settlements and dispute resolutions focused on favorable outcomes
Maintain proactive communication with clients and collaborate with internal legal teams
Balance multiple active matters while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or corporate setting)
Strong legal foundation and demonstrated experience developing case strategy and advising clients
Excellent research, analytical, and issue-spotting skills
Advanced negotiation skills and comfort handling contested matters
Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing discussions
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining organized workflows
Massachusetts law license required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Current license to practice law in Massachusetts
Preferred
Experience in criminal defense, business/commercial litigation, or real estate law is a plus
